A 50% deposit will be due at the signing of the contract.
(Contract & deposit can be signed & received in person, by mailed or online)

Forms of payment: Cash/Money Order/Credit Card

If the event requires the contractor to travel 1.5 hours or more from his primary site (Raleigh, NC); the Client will be responsible for the contractor’s transportation by means of reasonable fuel reimbursement per mile. Airfare will be required if the event’s location will be outside the parameters of North Carolina.

Client will be responsible for sound (speakers and amplifiers) for out-of-state events.

Expenses accrued due to overnight lodging will be the responsibility of the Client. The Client may elect to make hotel reservations at a reputable hotel chain OR the contractor can make the arrangements for lodging and provide proof of reservation for disbursement of funds prior to travel date for contracted event.
